Jack
Jennings has over 30 years experience working with medium-sized rapidly growing
and early stage businesses, as well as with larger more established firms.
He is experienced in a wide variety of industries including agriculture, food
preparation, high technology, manufacturing, service, distribution,
transportation, engineering services, construction, printing and publishing,
software development, retail and international operations.
He
has successfully completed consulting engagements in the U. S., Europe, Japan
and the former Soviet Union for firms ranging in size from start-up to firms in
Fortune's Top Fifty. He is skilled in the areas of corporate finance,
strategic planning, marketing assessment, mergers & acquisition, cash
planning, business and financial planning, profit improvement projects,
financing, budgeting, cost accounting, computer selection and implementation.
He is also experienced in financially troubled and turnaround situations.
Earlier
in his career, he was a consultant with a National CPA firm that merged into a
"Big 4" firm. He also gained strategic planning, corporate
finance, and accounting experience with Texas Instruments, Xerox, and Zale
Corporation.
Mr.
Jennings earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of
Dallas and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M
University.
