Jennings & Associates is a boutique strategic planning and financial consultancy. Based in Dallas, Texas we focus primarily on strategic planning, financial management, market assessments, feasibility studies, and creating long-term value for stakeholders of our client organizations. Mr. Jennings has over 30 years experience with rapidly growing and early stage businesses, as well as with larger more established firms. He held senior level management positions prior to entering consulting.
We have successfully served nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and private sector clients in the manufacturing, agriculture, retail, engineering services, software, computer equipment, paper, forest products, semiconductor, distribution, transportation, construction, materials, printing, and publishing industries. We have conducted USDA feasibility studies for a wide variety of projects: oil refinery, biodiesel processing, anaerobic digester processing, manufacturing, retail, retirement communities, assisted living centers, real estate development, and hotel/motel developments.
We have provided services to dozens of private sector clients ranging from start-ups and mid-market firms to Fortune 50 companies located in North America, Europe, and Japan. Non-profit clients have ranged from trade organizations to Councils of Governments and the United States Postal Service.
Mr. Jennings earned a MBA from the University of Dallas and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Texas &M University. He holds the following professional certifications.
